Note to Moderator:
Submitting an updated record of a first printing of this title. It differs from the on-demand version the first PV had in 2013. My copy was not on-demand, & I had it 2012. Normally I would have asked the first PV for details, but this editor is no longer taking inquiries. If the changes are not acceptable, I could submit a clone with the data for my edition. I took the info from my book in hand. This edition is no longer in print or listed on Amazon.com, replaced by a self-published edition by Delany. I am submitting the external IDs as well.
