Locus1 says that this is a pseudonym for the writing team of Sean Williams & Simon Brown. However, the only entry we have for this pseudonym is the play "Flogging a Dead Horse" (primarily an introduction to a collection of stories by Stephen Dedman). This play is credited to "Mark Radium and Sean Williams", which presumably means that "Mark Radium" is actually a pseudonym for (just) Simon Brown. We list him that way here.
