I believe it's in ISFDB at RMGDDNDNHK1962 but unfortunately he is not noting publication details meaning I would not want to update ISFBD's record based on this site. It's nice that he has put up detailed scans of the books. The home page is http://homepage.mac.com/lasyd/PhotoAlbum.html and he's clearly interested in the artwork.
