Author talk:Ray Bradbury
From ISFDB
Raymond
I am sitting here with William F. Nolan who is informing me that Ray Bradbury's legal name is not Raymond; it's just Ray. In fact, Ray hates it when people make this mistake. Bill also tells me that Ray's birth name was spelled "Rey", but he changed it after a teacher told him he had a girl's name. How should we document this info? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Sunnikay (talk • contribs) .

The Art of Playboy
I have a copy of The art of Playboy. The cover and title page say "Text by Ray Bradbury". I'm not sure how to enter this title. Here's a link to it on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0912383194/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me=&seller= Sunnikay 05:37, 10 May 2011 (UTC)
- If there is no other editor or responsibility credited in the book itself, enter it as a book by Bradbury. The type should be NONFICTION. If the editor is credited, then Bradbury's contribution should be entered as content of the book under an ESSAY type. Mhhutchins 14:24, 10 May 2011 (UTC)
