Note that there is a 10-year discrepancy between The Encyclopedia of Science Fiction (3rd edition) and isfdb as regards to the date of birth of A. M. Fleming. While we can trace our soucrce for 1868 to Lives of Mississippi Authors, 1817-1967 by James B.
