One WorldCat records identifies this Julia Brown as "Julia Brown Turrell". That is almost certainly in error. "Julia Brown Turrell" is an author of modern art books, and was born in 1951. "Julia Brown" was publishing by 1911.
A 2013 edition of The Enchanted White Peacock gives her name -on the cover- as Julia Brown Wright, while the website speaks of Julia Wright Brown.--Dirk P Broer 21:29, 2 July 2016 (UTC)
