Edited "Phantom" (1957-58) and "Screen Chills and Macabre Stories", a one-shot publication from Pep Publishers (England) in 1957. He originally produced "Phantom" as a contingency plan for "John Creasey Mystery Magazine", since they were having license issues with developing that magazine.
