Some claim this to be a certain Richard James Stockham, Jr. (1929-02-07, Birmingham, Alabama - 2011-02-06, Birmingham, Alabama). I can find no references for him to be the author Richard (E.) Stockham however.--Dirk P Broer 23:45, 19 January 2016 (UTC)
