The Remove Awards screen presents a list of awards associated with a particular title. Next to each title is a checkbox: 

 AWARDS:
 
 * [ ] God Stalk - 1983. Locus Poll Award, Best First Novel, (Place: 7)
 * [ ] God Stalk - 1983. Mythopoeic Award, Mythopoeic Fantasy Award, (Nomination)

To remove an award entry, select the appropriate checkbox. More than 1 checkbox may be selected. When completed, click on "Submit Data".
