From Tuck's Encyclopedia of Science Fiction and Fantasy:

This normally featured one short novel per issue with short stories
and departments of interest, including film reviews by F. J. Ackerman,
"Fanorama" by W. Willis, and book reviews by K. Slater. The covers were
painted by various British artists and always had plenty of colour.
The magazine was generally quite entertaining, though few stories will
become classics. Authors included most of the contemporary British writers,
    such as E. C. Tubb, K. Bulmer, E. F. Russell, and W. F. Temple. R.
Silverberg made his first appearance in any magazine in Nebula.
    R. A. Heinlein was reprinted a number of times.
