From Tuck's Encyclopedia of Science Fiction and Fantasy: 

      Generally considered a quite readable magazine of the adventure type,
    this also presented science articles. However, from the Apr 1959 issue 
    it concentrated on "monster" stories, attempting to capitalize on the
    short-lived success of that genre at the time.
