Arrow Books has been identified as both an imprint and a publisher that has been active from at least 1963 to 1996.[3][2][10]

A possibly diferent Arrow is listed as a London publisher in an OCLC record for a 1911 edition of Bram Stoker's novel The Lair of the White Worm [12].

The footnote gives a dead link.
Almost certainly not. WorldCat record OCLC 21276682, for a 1967 printing of the 1960 Arrow edition, notes "Originally published 1911". WorldCat library records (at least as presented to ordinary visitors at worldcat.org/oclc) do not provide reliable dates. Probably another library record for the same edition (as digitized for worldcat.org/oclc) shows a 1911 date for the publication, or even in the a search report.
