As you might have guessed, these people produce audiobooks. Lots of them. Relevant ones too.
When we get "Narrator" support here they also have a good page for Narrator pseudonyms so I hope you're not just deleting Narrators, you're moving them to notes, where we can recover them. Did you know Grover Gardner is also known as Tom Parker? Simon Vance is Robert Whitfield? Ralph Cosham is Geoffrey Howard? Roe Kendall is also known as Vanessa Benjamin?
If we do recognize these people eventually, we might also want to consider listing "Audie" and "Earphones" awards at some point. They have lots of those. Still, that might lead to recognizing the Peabody Award and even a Grammy.
