Leisure is an imprint of Dorchester Publishing. According to its wikipedia article: "Leisure books is the largest publisher of horror novels today."

Leisure Books (with cover logo of "LB"), seems to have been an imprint of Nordon Publications, Inc, Two Park Avenue, New York, NY 10016, and related to "Tower Publications, Inc". Some Ace/Stoneshire or Stoneshire British publications refer to original Nordon publications that are likely to have been Leisure Books.
