Creates a link to an amazon.ca (canadian) catalog record. Takes as a required parameter an Amazon ASIN (which is often the ISBN, where one exists). Use of the optional parameter name= allows speifing the display text of the link.

Thus, for example

{{Amazon.ca|0441788386}} gives the link

Amazon.ca 0441788386

and {{Amazon.ca|0441788386|name=Stranger}} gives the link

Amazon.ca Stranger
