Galaktika

Trying to unmess the mess. The data:

1. There is the series called "Galaktika" (now best represented as [1]).
2. It consist some phases, which don't have to b differentiated but could: they differ in format (A4 vs A5), period (bi-monthly vs monthly) and editor.
3. The phases contain the issues, numbered or month stamped.

I do not plan to do anything about this one: it has no real relation to the original, somebody bought the rights to the Galaktika name (2004) and started publishing whatever quality they desired.
