Preface to Are You Loathsome Tonight?

I accepted the new preface to Are You Loathsome Tonight? but changed it to include the title that it's a preface to - we decided some time ago that it was better to disambiguate all the Prefaces, Introduction, Afterwords, etc. Thanks for contributing! BLongley 18:26, 10 September 2011 (UTC)

After waiting a week for you to check back I went ahead and cancelled your submission. I'm documenting here the source you found for that cover artwork brite-plastic_jesus.jpg. The Transition of H. P. Lovecraft

Re this record: are the stories which are credited "as by" in the ISFDB record credited exactly as they are on the stories' title pages? For example, is the story "Imprisoned with the Pharaohs" credited to Harry Houdini on page 164? Thanks for checking. Mhhutchins 18:08, 18 August 2014 (UTC)

Also, I changed the price back to $10.00 which is confirmed by the Locus1 listing, and is consistent with the prices in 1996. Of course, their listing could be incorrect. Are you certain that your copy is the first printing? That should be indicated on the copyright page. Thanks for checking. Mhhutchins 18:13, 18 August 2014 (UTC)

Yes my copy is a first printing.
So there is a complete number line, including "1", under the "First Edition: October 1996" statement on the copyright page? Mhhutchins 12:47, 19 August 2014 (UTC)
I didn't think to check Imprisoned with the Pharaohs. The contents page doesn't indicate when the story was a joint. But on pg. 164, after the title, it says (with Harry Houdini), so it looks like he should be co-author of the story.

About the price; my copy of the book reads: Ballantine Books/38422/$14.00 in USA • $21.00 in Canada Hellblazer1138 11:49, 19 August 2014 (UTC)

I'll change the price back and correct the "Pharaohs" credit. What about the other stories? For example, is the story on page 253 credited only to " Albert Frederick Willie"? Take a moment and go through the contents section of the ISFDB record and compare the credits for each story to make sure they match. Thanks. Mhhutchins 12:47, 19 August 2014 (UTC)
