I made some minor changes so your submission would conform to the database standard. 1-Hardcover, paperback and trade paperbacks are identified as hc, pb and tb. 2-We use the canonical name in this case its Ken Follett. 3-I added a $ sign to the price. 4-At the moment the db can only convert ISBN-10 to ISBN-13 numbers, this site can do the conversion [1].
