My source for the wrong numbers and the full date of publication is a higher-resolution image of the cover (https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/71OOOjyuj9L.jpg), both 2020-02-01 and volume 737 is seen at the top right.

On the publisher’s website (https://www.hayakawa-online.co.jp/shopdetail/000000014416/genre_001002/page1/disp_pc/) you can see the publication date as 2019-12-25 as well as the price saying it includes consumption tax. This date is actually the sale date, since SF Magazine is a bi-monthly magazine, issue for 2020-02 is available 2 months before on the 25th. But after checking the docs (http://www.isfdb.org/wiki/index.php?title=Template:PublicationFields:Year) I see isfdb prefers the date on the cover, so I added 2020-02-01 instead.
