<ModNote>This edition was on Amazon.com US for a few weeks, where I bought it, before disappearing from their site. There was no publisher listed, and no ISBN. I will be cloning the contents of individual volumes of the series to fill the contents here, with appropriate edits given that this version is not identical to any of the others, although very similar. It is not clear to me that a Series Number is appropriate. Also, I will add the cover art later, which appears to have been borrowed substantially from another subvolume of one of the editions.</ModNote>
