Note: Locus1 says that "Snoo Wilson" is a pseudonym for James Andrew Wilson, but it is not clear that that author and this one are the same. "Snoo Wilson" appears to have written only in the mid-80's, and this "James Andrew Wilson" wrote only in the mid-2000's. (There is another "James Andrew Wilson" who published an autobiography in 1927.) So unless we find additional evidence that these two authors are the same person, we leave them separate.
