Note: This was a bimonthly pulp fantasy/weird/supernatural magazine published as a companion to what was then called "The Standard Twins", i.e. Magazine:Startling Stories and Magazine:Thrilling Wonder Stories. It attempted to capitalize on the 1938-1941 SF/fantasy boom, but was poorly advertised (see Tuck and Clute/Nicholls) and remained low key. The editor's name was not made public, but Tuck reports that all issues were "probably" edited by Mort Weisinger, who was then editing the Standard Twins. Clute/Nicholls add that Leo Margulies also worked as an editor, but the distribution of responsibilities is unknown, so the ISFDB lists all issues as edited by "uncredited". Ashley lists Margulies as Editor-in-Chief and Weisinger as Editor.
The cover art was uncredited as well, but Tuck reports that most of it was done by Earle Bergey, with at least one cover done by Rudolph Belarski.
