Note: A series of loose sheet bundles that were to be placed (alphabetically ordered) into a growing number of binders. For every author new to the encyclopedia two entries were supplied: one biography & one bibliography of publications in the area of German language (including Austria and german Switzerland). The supplements also contained replacements, mostly for the existing bibliographies, but sometimes also for the biographies. Overall 114 supplements were published from 1984 to 2017
