Notes: Stated 1st printing. There are two variations with the date Nov. 1976 and number & price, so there is no way to determine which is the reprint. This one has printed in silver foil under the title "The One - The Only The Great Original" and the last page has an ad for FACTS ABOUT THE PRESIDENTS. Conflicting with the above note, Locus #196 (November 30, 1976) states this publication was published in November 1976. This appears the more likely date because the film that this book novelizes was released in December 1976.
