Notes: Collector's edition. Outer case appears to be a book, and contains an embroidered red velvet pouch with the book inside. The cover of the book is decorated with a silver metal embellishments, with the center embellishment containing a human skull with blue crystal eyes. There is a silver metal magnetic clasp which seals the book. On the side of the case opposite the space for the pouch and book is a large envelope containing ten prints of illustrations from the book. Each story is followed by a "Dumbledore on [title of the story]" commentary.
