The Globe 1920-12-04 p24 "JUVENILES: Real Revival to be Noted in This Year's Production of Children's Books" lists about 10 new books as published in Toronto, including nearly simultaneous editions of some US books (eg, Glinda of Oz from publisher Copp, Clark Co.). The article covers numerous books in prose, without publisher names or prices, from the 7th annual exhibit of "the choicest of the new publications" at the Toronto Public Library. One of the new stories among them is (quote, sic): "The Story of Dr. Doolittle" by Hugh Lofting, which is described as the best book of nonsense of the season. Price C$1.75(?) This title not found 2018-11-05 in automated search of two Toronto newspapers, except one retailer advertisement: "Simpson's Gift Books on Every List" Toronto Daily Star 1923-12-17 p13 (no publisher, C$1.75).
