Notes: The Violet Books Haaggard bibliography has a date of January 5, 1920. Tuck and Bleiler give the date as 1920. However Reginald and Clute give it as 1921. No references to a 1920 edition can be found in Worldcat. Tuck also states illustrations are by Greiffenhagen, whereas Violet Books states Comstock, which matches the scanned copy below.
