    • Last page unnumbered (inferred) --libraries report both US and UK eds. as 150 pages; see US pp. 150/151 (viewed at HathiTrust). Page numbers from the 1895 US ed. with identical page count.
    • As of August 2019, seven WorldCat library records report series "Handy Novels", including four as Chatto & Windus 1892 to 1896.
    • Tuck probably reports the short title only, as 160 pages.
