    • Illustrated limitation page (monotone detail of the dustjacket) appears after the front loose endpaper with this statement: "This special signed edition is limited to 500 numbered copies and 26 lettered copies." (over) "This is copy ____." The copy number is handwritten on this line. The author's signature appears above his printed name which is above the limitation statement.
    • Year of publication stated on the title page. Originally scheduled for July, 2012. Shipped on October 11, 2012 according to the publisher's website.
    • Chong's interior artwork consists of two different full-color illustrations for the endpapers, and a different full-color frontispiece which appears on the recto of the page directly after the limitation page. All are printed on slick paper.
    • Two color type is used throughout the book. The page numbers, running title header, chapter headings and the first three words of each chapter are printed in blue.
    • The novel ends on page 523, followed by two pages of acknowledgements, and a single paragraph bio on the last numbered page (527).
    • The publisher also announced a Lettered edition of 26 signed leatherbound copies housed in a custom traycase for $250.00.
