Of which one hundred twenty-eight numbered copies comprise the collector's edition and thirty-nine numbered copies comprise the publisher's edition (this publication). There are seventeen lettered copies, ten collector's edition and seven publisher's edition. All have been signed by the author and the artist. Price not given.
