    • From this statement Michael Moorcock's role is assumed to be that of an advisory editor; therefore, he is not listed as editor in this entry.
    • The publisher stated in this entry is the only possible candidate to be found, although situated in the USA, but which seems to belong to Platt (for Britain only an address in London is stated for obtaining copies, no name).
