Notes: The Albin O. Kuhn Library & Gallery, University of Maryland, Baltimore County, has an issue dated December 1943, but they record no Volume/Number with it (which they usually do). Other sources tell us that Volume 3, #1 is whole issue #10, which would imply (from known issues in volume #1) that volume 2 should have 4 issues. Hence this would be either Vol. 2, #3 or Vol. 2, #4. That leaves one issue in volume 2 whose date may be unknown to us. Other sources say that Bonfire shut down for 1943, due to the war, so this may really be the only issue for the year. We list this one as if it were the only issue of 1943, and that the source claiming 9 issues during 1941-43 is in error.
