- According to the publisher's statement on page 124 the editor is long-time pulp editor and publisher Leo Margulies. The contents page lists Leslie Charteris as being the "Supervising Editor".
- General mystery fiction magazine. Only content with speculative content is listed. "The Ghost of a Dog" deals with spectral photography.
- "The Ghost of a Dog" originally appeared in Detective Fiction Weekly 1941-06-07 as "Ghost in C-Minor".
- Cover has no real artwork. It is printed in red ink, with the highlights of the magazine's contents printed on it and the "Saint icon" on the left side pointing towards them.
- Page count includes both covers.
