Notes: • There is no statement of publication/printing other than ©1962 • See below for the date 'source' • The artist is not credited; hickman is on the artwork • There are two nearly identical printings of this edition with the same ISBN • Both are exactly the same on the exterior, both are complete reprints of the 1977 Ace edition internally [even to the title page which still bears the older logo/address] with the exception of the last page • There are two ads on the last page: S-04 and 118 in the earlier printing [with a postage cost of 75¢] and A-04 and A-05 in the later printing [with a postage cost of $1.00] • Both printings had to be 1982 or earlier as the price of an Ace paperback increased to $2.50 by the middle of the year • To differentiate, the later printing is given an arbitrary month of May • OCLC has 1982 for a publication date
