The illustration credit for "The Machmen" accompanies the artwork on p. 45. The illustration on p. 57, credited at beginning of story to Kelly Freas, is signed "KF64". The review of Davy is included in, & is the main subject of, the initial essay titled "The Little Extras". Miller spells the author's name (twice) as "Pangburn". The review of Human and Other Beings spells the editor's name "De Graeff" (with space). The review of The Unknown Five gives the editor's name as "D. R. Bensen".
