Notes: Probable first printing as per catalogue on bc that end with #32, DL=3rd trimester 1960. No price on book. Cover similar to the G&D printing, unsigned and uncredited. Interior artist's name regularized. Artist not credited (cover is the same as the one used by Grosset & Dunlap). It seems that there are two kind of interior illustrations, one in color and the other in B&W (perhaps the original ones) so two INTERIORART records have been created (but there's only one credit).
