At the end of Robots I Have Known, on page 327: "*This essay was written in 1954. (etc)". The date has been corrected from 1956 as it appeared, in error, in the Roc / Penguin hc edition. No price or mention of Book Club Associates anywhere in the book. It is unlikely that this book was published before the September 1990 Gollancz edition.
