Note: 1904 to 1942 Stratford-upon-Avon, England; later Oxford From 1975, Oxford Arthur Henry Bullen (1857–1920) and Frank Sidgwick ((1879–1939) founded the Shakespeare Head Press based in Stratford-upon-Avon. See also A. H. Bullen. Library of Congress quotes a notice of the 1975 "rebirth at the Shakespeare Head Press of the tradition of publishing finely-produced limited editions of works of literary merit. ... The work of the Press continued until 1942, when the building was commandeered for the use of our American allies, and the press was dismantled and its equipment scattered to 'leave not a rack behind'. ..." From various library records it appears that Bullen's partner is Frank Sidgwick (1879–1939) of London publisher Sidgwick & Jackson. WorldCat records cited as ISFDB sources (2 as of May 2020) state: • (1933) "Oxford : Printed at the Shakespeare Head Press, Saint Aldates, and published for the Press by Basil Blackwell" • "Sydney : Shakespeare Head, 1948"
