  1. #15, for Louis L'Amour, and #21, for William Eastlake, are not included here since those authors published little speculative fiction.
  2. #19 (Orson Scott Card), #20 (Harry Harrison), #24 (Raymond Z. Gallun), #26 (Robert A. W. Lowndes), and #30 (Rex Stout) were never published since Borgo Press closed down before those books were ready for publication. They are listed below, but as "unpublished".
  3. #22, for Jack Williamson, was intended for publication by Borgo Press about the time that company closed down. It has since been published by NESFA Press.

  Borgo Press published this series from 1984 to 1997. The series name was later sold to Wildside Press, who also obtained the rights to use "Borgo Press" as an imprint. This second publication series, by Wildside, is listed separately. At present (Oct. 2012), they have reprinted 2 volumes from this original series, maintaining the numbering, and have published some additional titles. Those additional titles have used some of the unused numbers from the original series, which can cause some confusion.
