Synopsis: From "The Queenslander" newspaper, Queensland, AU, Oct. 1, 1921:
The story of the influence from the "Beyond" hanging over a Sussex farm, in
which there is an atmosphere of mystery and tension. The author assumes that the emotions which possess a dying man may, after his "body has become inert, continue to obey the impulse given to it in the moment of dissolution. The theme is treated with much dignity and sincerity, and is well worthy of careful study. Many books dealing with the occult are neither convincing nor interesting, but "The Man on the Other Side" is certainly interesting even to those who have no bent in favour of communication with the "Beyond."
