Synopsis:
Long after a catastrophe that has sterilized humans and most other mammals, the 54-year-old protagonists—Greybeard and Martha—take a tour of entropic England. In scattered self contained communities only the old survive, while outside these enclaves nature comes back into its own, peopling the land with new animal life.
