Synopsis: Occult novel. The author claims that she began creating "automatic drawings". From The Hobgoblin: "She had never received any training but drew remarkable anatomically accurate depictions of the human form. But these drawings were far from human, strange ethereal forms of nature spirits and demons adorned the walls in the cottage on the Shepton Mallet road she shared with her father. Mary Bligh Bond recorded her psychic experiences in the book ‘Avernus'."
