Synopsis: Cybernetic tsetse flies have been devised in order to absorb fatigue from a small, privileged class of people who therefore don't need to sleep, and can enjoy their life to the full without ever getting tired. The artificial insects transmit their fatigue to the other social classes, whose moral duty it is to spend their life sleeping in dormitories.
