Synopsis: U.S. President DeWitt tells the world that Orion 1 was not orbiting the Moon as previously announced but was orbiting Mars, looking for water to augment the limited supply of non-toxic water on earth. As people ponder the fate of the Earth, the world's richest man deploys his own space ship to Mars in a further attempt to increase his stranglehold over earth's water supply.
