Note: Although the 2007 ABC Books edition's copyright page says first published by Hodder in 1999, I can find no evidence for a 1999 publication. Further, 1999 is the year of the first Lily Quench book and a "Companion" such as this one is unlikely to have been published in the same year, before the series was established.
