Note: A portion of the introduction to this anthology, and a "true story" which, of course, is not.
Synopsis: A representative of the "Fair Realm" comes to Willingham's house to kill him for telling the stories about their people. (Telling these stories to readers who don't believe in their people weakens them.) To save himself, the author sells out the best other authors who are writing fairy tales, promising to collect them all in place to make their assassinations easier. This anthology, of course, is that collection.
