Synopsis: The central "character" of this story is the Museum, managed by the almighty Ministry of Art and Culture, and where a drifting couple eventually meet their doom. It seems infinite, so much so that it is customary to spend weeks, months or even years inside, where food and toiletries are provided to pass-holders. Its rooms are filled with puzzling objects, that are as many riddles. While the woman, gone for a life-long tour of inspection, ends up joining a strange human net in an obscure room representing "the darkness of hyperspace", the man tries in vain to solve the riddle of an Assyrian bas-relief.
