Synopsis: A young girl awakes one morning in London and detects an odd difference in the world around her. Letters arrive-some from a young man in Wellington who seems to believe he is engaged to her; she finds she has parents now. She notices the garishness of colour red. And she recalls the familiar country of Micald which she seems to have known well.
