- Story titles differ from the 1922 collection with the same title (as does the sequence from 2nd to 5th), but the same collection of 10 stories is translated

- See also the prize-winning picture book anthology Sleeping Beauty & Other Favourite Fairy Tales (1982), whose text is 12 stories translated from the French by Carter – the same ten stories by Perrault plus two by Leprince de Beaumont. ISFDB presumes the ten Perrault/Carter stories to be identical in the 1977 collection and the 1982 anthology.
