Synopsis: Borderline speculative fiction. The tradesman, overwhelmed by the dreariness of his work day, enters the lift to his apartment. For the extent of the elevator ride, his imagination transports himself to faraway places, where he has exotic and dangerous adventures. Then, the ride ends, and he returns to the mundane.
